Proposal to make India smart as my opinion:-
1. All
information about that person (citizen) to be added in his /her adhaar card include
the purchasing gold ornaments/land/building/car etc.
2. All
vote make in a centralize places like block office/local p.s during a month by
supervision of central force to decrease expenses’.
3. Give single
or family insurance/health insurance benefit with all bank account obviously
for a single account.
4. All
discount /subsidy from govt. take over in according to verifying the list of
proper poor people.
5. Need
proper utilize of vested land or house which are all of govt.
6. Any programmed
work for development of govt. might be organized by direct link from central or
govt.-office supervision obviously after taking plan of local member or leader.
7. To
choose the appropriate problem of an area or place or state takes opinion of
citizen by a verification of investigator or a reporter.
8. For a
smooth health service stop the doctors off day. Start a relief day exchange with
other working doctor.
9. Start
a similar level education all over country beside regional language and
regional culture.
10. To stop
broker system, limit the percentage of working value and also they are
registered by govt. law.
11. All
kind of registration arranged in different decentralized govt. ruled offices.
12. Need
open minded hard working officer for govt. places.
13. Need
a unique and secret apps or number for help from police to people security
obviously emergency.
14. All
meeting of all political party may be held in a common place which is far from
a city, in this way possible to avoid the harassment of working people and also
emergency services.
15. Need
the limited union policy for labor in all industry.
16. There
will be some political party in country to avoid illegal align and who earned
the minimum xxxx percent of all votes to
get right for fight in next election or title of national team. Also neglect
the align after vote for with any political team. Must be start the rule (passed
law) of minimum 5 years right if they earned 51% total vote or total seat.
17. Limit
the pension scheme for all govt.employee
exchange with other benefit and provided fund.
18. Limit the age of retirement to 55 or 60.and
also stop the quota .start open chance for all people general according their
qualification or experience.There will be no advantage by cast or religion.
19. Omit the age limit of all post for get a job,
they can join in any age but their age restriction will be same as 55-60. In
this way open the vacancy for next generation.
20. All
leader obviously always will be connect directly with people to collect their
problem for send its to govt.Also they have clean characteristic.
21. There is a made planning according to social environment and geographical situation.
22. There will be no politics in educational institution because for this education hampered in minor student.
23. There will be a common scheme from national govt. for all state.
